Yemokaruni / Play well
Keep the recipe light.
Use the target as a small thinking task, not a judgement about food or performance.
The weights are fictional game values
They are not dietary or nutritional guidance. A correct mix is an arithmetic match, not a real meal or a product you can order.
Change a single ingredient thoughtfully
Feedback gives a difference to work with. A deliberate swap can be calmer than repeatedly clearing all three selections.
A recipe has no deadline
There is no timer, payment or daily obligation. You may leave a mix unchecked or finish after one exact result without losing anything of real-world value.
A focused question is enough
For support, list the target and selected weights. There is no reason to include personal health, identity or financial information in a puzzle report.
A clear way back
Read the controls before returning, or leave the activity for another time.
